State of the World & Consciousness
As you watch the daily news or read a newspaper, you can
see that there are always some conflicts somewhere in the
world. As the saying goes, “the more things change,
the more they stay the same” and this is because people
still fight and blame each other over conflict. Nobody is
examining the real problem or asking “why does the mind
create conflict in the first place?” They simply accept
that’s the way it is. We must fight if we’re threatened
(survival instinct).
If we were to examine the root cause with some intelligence,
we can see that the problem lies in consciousness itself.
The negative motivations reside within our mind:
1. The mind is willing to do harm when it’s threatened
and it justifies its own harmful action.
2. Even when the mind is not being threatened, it’s
still willing to do harm (through control & manipulation)
for its own gain and justifies itself for doing so (survival instinct).
3. The mind feels there aren’t enough resources (scarcity);
therefore, it must fight for and control these resources.
4. The mind feels separated from other minds, especially from
those who have different values and opinions that do not match
its own beliefs. The mind labels these other minds as enemies
and is threatened by them.
As you can see if we really want to be free from stress,
we have to examine the mind itself and gain insight into why
it behaves the way it does. Why does it have negative emotions
in the first place? When we transcend these negative qualities,
we can then be free from harming ourselves and harming others.
In doing so, we begin to operate on the principles of harmony
in which we can advance our society in a rapid pace because
everybody is working in synchronization through insight and
wisdom (highest intelligence without conflict).
The solutions are here and now. It only requires us to let
go of our negative emotions (stress) and discover our natural
state of higher consciousness where we experience emotional
balance, inner peace, joy, inspiration, contentment, true
happiness, creativity and mental clarity.
Stress Free Society encourages everyone to sign
up for the “Awareness Training” program so
you can begin to understand how the mind works. You can use
this knowledge to develop the skills needed to eliminate stress
from your life. You will gain more intelligence, insight and
wisdom as you practice mindfulness on a daily basis and reap
the benefits & rewards of emotional freedom and no longer
become a victim of stress. As more and more people become
awakened (free from fear & negative emotions), the consciousness
of the whole planet rises to another level. By gaining inner
peace and improving the quality of your life, you're also
making a contribution to world peace.
